Olivia's Baptism

I just couldn't resist posting this one! Look at that face!

Olivia's baptism was last Sunday (11/1/09) and we had lots of family in town, and quite a few great friends in attendance. We really appreciate you all coming. It was such a special day for Olivia and for us. She was so well behaved that our pastor, Britt, asked us after the service if we could baptize her every week because she really made him look good! ;-) She didn't make a peep through the entire service, including the parts where she was carried throughout the sanctuary to see the congregation, and the water on her head. Secretly, she just has amazing timing...she LOST HER MIND the minute we were finished greeting the line of church members after the service, and continued to put on quite a show for a good half hour afterwards. She was hungry, and we were a little slower than normal getting her bottle to her. Here are a few pictures. Doesn't she look adorable in her gown?
