This little piggy went to Norfork.
O's first game day--she must be a good luck charm!

Reese--another little Hog fan!

Emery--How freakin' cute is this dress?!
She referred to O as "Baby Libia" all weekend. I love it.

"I'm on a boat."

Praying we don't drop her off the big chair!

Little Reese, Big Chair
(We didn't think O had the skills to sit on the chair alone just yet.)
We had a great Labor Day weekend at Lake Norfork with the Porters. Despite all weather reports to the contrary, we had a couple of really nice days. All the girls put on their Razorback attire to cheer on the Hogs from a distance. Olivia's becoming an old pro at donning her life jacket and relaxing on the lake--she's going to be quite the water baby, I'm sure. We also made a valiant but failed effort to take all three little ladies to the Blanchard Springs caves. By the time we drove there, and got everyone fed, changed and ready for the tour, we discovered there was an hour-long wait for the hour-long tour. Knowing that the drive back was also an hour, we decided to cut our losses and head back to the lake house. Poor planning, but the drive was scenic, and we made it during the only big rain of the weekend so the timing was good. We also made a pit stop for lunch at a neat little place called Don Quixote's in Calico Rock, and had a perfect photo op--a ginormous rocking chair! Hope everyone had a wonderful long weekend! Can we make the 4-day work week an American standard, please?!
Oh, and I almost forgot to mention--this weekend was Beth's 30th birthday! Sadly, we missed the birthday dinner because Colin had to work later than expected. :-( Happy Birthday B!
